After a 20 year teaching career, Gina stepped out of education and into the studio. Over her final teaching years she got involved with learning more about her craft. Her participation and leadership in the Minnesota Professional Photographers Association and participation in Professional Photographers of America helped her with forming photographic skills and an understanding of bending light. Over the past 13 years she loves capturing images that speak to the soul. "Wedding days are the jam in my jelly roll! They are like Christmas morning is to little kids. I awaken with energy and joy for every wedding day. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing those images are captured for generations to come." Her greatest joy is delivering albums that she envisioned long before the wedding, captured during the wedding, and printed after the wedding as well as those stunning canvases and metals.

We shoot professional level camera gear: Canon 5DmIII, Canon 5DmIV, 7D, 1Dsm3.
Using professional lighting inside and out we are able to control the natural light allowing us to decide how the skies look, where sunflares fall, and how deep we want our depth of field to appear. Through the use of a portable battery pack and wireless lighting options we can take the sun with us anywhere.

Our staff is the absolute most fun group of folks ever! I have a team of second photographers I call on to help cover the "unseen" moments of the day. Their job is to catch the moments that happen between moments I am capturing. You know, the silly faces that the littles in the wedding are making between shots, the antics of the bridal party when they think no one is watching, the moments most bridal couples didn't even realize happened.
Throughout the day our photographic assistant is very busy helping adjust clothing, catching details, backing up memory cards, swapping lenses or camera bodies. She is our extra feet for moving equipment and keeping people moving in the right direction.
